Thank you for shopping with Games for Literacy! This policy explains how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted on our website or the product listing.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Preorders

Select games are available for preorder, with shipping expected in mid-November 2026.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available. This allows customers to combine purchases and qualify for free U.S. shipping on orders of $49 or more.

Preorder shipping dates are estimates. If we experience a delay, we will notify you with an updated shipping estimate and information about cancellation or refund options.

Our standard 1–3 business day processing time does not apply to orders containing preorder items.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $49 or more. Shipping charges for orders below $49 are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email contact@gamesforliteracy.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, email contact@gamesforliteracy.com with your order number and details. Please include photos of damaged items and packaging when applicable.

We will help investigate delivery issues and work with you to resolve them. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email contact@gamesforliteracy.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before shipment, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If we confirm your order has been cancelled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
